The rapidly rising Ibiza-based artist Miane shows off her best dance floor weapons and eclectic taste for Beatport’s Playlist of the Week.
This is a very special list for me. Here you can discover some of the tracks and producers that have inspired me in my musical career. There is so, so much more, but I had to choose only 10 of them. It’s well known that I always move from house to techno and always accompanied by a good vocal. I love vocals!
I consider myself very eclectic in my tastes, and you can confirm it with this list. Here you can find 10 tracks very different from each other. This is not only the music that I play during gigs but also music that I love listening to as they take me to that unknown place of disconnection that I love so much. Hope you enjoy it!

These guys get better with each track they create. In this track, the break with the vocal is incredibly amazing. We need more like these!
Chris Lake – Stay With Me (Original Mix) [Black Book Records]
Everyone knows that I’m a big fan of Chris Lake. This is one of those tracks that I always carry with me, its sound brings me through different worlds.
The vocal, all the chosen elements… I’m obsessed with this track. For me, is a work of art. I will never get tired of saying how proud I am of being part of the Black Book family and that Chris Lake himself has remixed one of my tracks.
Miane – Baby Open Up To Me (Original Mix) [Arcane]
I had to include my latest release because is the best way to explain my eclecticism. I love to combine vocals with techno. It’s one of those genres where I like to develop myself.
Harvey McKay – Silk Road (Original Mix) [Drumcode]
Techno is one of my favorite genres and mostly because of Harvey and some other Techno Producers. Techno and tech house are definitely two of my passions.

I have to admit this guy makes really great house music! It has some incredible things that I love, for example, his treatment of the vocals. Also, the label is super cool. I love it!
Maxinne, Lauren Láimant – Tell Me Something (Extended Mix) [Toolroom]
Maxinne is a friend of mine from Ibiza and a great producer. I love the way she works and how dedicated she is to her music. In this track, together with Laurent’s voice, they created something really big. Congrats my friend!
Bleu Clair – Hypnotized (Original Mix) [Insomniac Records]
It’s clear that Insomniac Records only signs quality records and Bleu Clair has an amazing talent. As I said before, the music that I love is the one that differentiates it from the rest. And this one does it for sure!
